JANA BUCHER
Founder of Aranya Studio
Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor
MSc. Movement Sciences and Sport ETH
Massage therapist, sound healing/sound therapy
Body & Mind Coach (in training)
After completing my master's degree at ETH Zurich, I began working as a sports therapist. Working with people is my great passion, and the diversity of the work fascinates me every day. Driven by curiosity, I continually expanded my knowledge with new training and further education courses, such as foot reflexology and Pilates.
As a nature lover, I also discovered new and interesting activities in my free time, such as climbing, mountaineering, ski touring and biking. I soon realised that the body alone is not enough to be healthy and happy. Rather, it is part of a whole. Yoga revealed a way to learn and grow physically, mentally and spiritually, so I deepened my knowledge in a four-year training course.

STEPHANIE ZIMMERMANN
M.Sc. Psychologist
Holistic psychology and energetics
for children, adolescents and adults
As a holistic psychologist, I creatively combine aspects of psychology, philosophy and spirituality. My focus is on a harmonious combination of different therapeutic approaches and healing methods that appeal to our senses in many ways and involve the mind, body and soul equally. Through the sensitive combination of bodywork, creative forms of expression, nature-based practices and energetic techniques, the individual process of awareness and healing is supported in many ways. Engaging with subtle energies that have a conscious or unconscious effect opens up new perspectives on one's own attitude towards life.
Available resources can be perceived more clearly step by step, and energetic balance in everyday life can be promoted. Loving self-care is strengthened, and ample space is created for expression, development, and inner harmony.
Thematic focus areas:
Holistic Psychology
Integrative healing methodology
Energy
Transpersonal approaches
Emotional & social sustainability

MARTINA STEINMANN
Hatha Yoga Flow-Lehrerin
My personal yoga journey began about 10 years ago when I found a book about yoga on my mother's bookshelf. Since then, yoga has fascinated me and never let me go. Yoga and Ayurveda have long since become an integral part of my life. In March 2024, I completed my first Hatha Yoga teacher training in the USA and lived alongside Swamis in a traditional ashram. There, I had the opportunity to learn more about this fascinating ancient philosophy of life. This was followed by Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher training. I am constantly expanding my knowledge because life is a never-ending journey of discovery. I believe that yoga is not just a physical practice, but always also a journey to oneself.
In my classes, I emphasize a mindful connection between body, mind, and soul, creating a space to connect with yourself. My yoga classes are flowing, invigorating, yet also spiritual and relaxing. I enjoy incorporating breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. Yoga has enriched my life in a profound way, leading me to greater balance, contentment, and inner peace. My goal is for every participant to leave my class feeling good in their body and with a smile on their face.

I look forward to you!
ANDRES J. RUIZ VARGAS
Breathwork facilitator, bodywork therapist, meditation teacher, Ph.D. in mathematics.
We all need support in one way or another. For me, the support of various therapists was the catalyst for profound growth. That's why it's my passion to be that kind of support for others on their journey of personal growth.
Over the years, I've discovered that the simplest techniques are often the most effective. There's no need for complicated systems. I offer simple yet powerful techniques: bodywork, breathwork, and somatic work to process trauma and childhood wounds.
In a bodywork session, I combine elements of classical massage with Shiatsu, using targeted myofascial relaxation to relieve tension, long relaxing strokes to calm the nervous system, passive stretching, and gentle joint mobilization.
The result is a personalized experience that promotes deep relaxation and mental well-being.
In a breathwork session, I use various breathing and meditation techniques, combined with methods I learned at the Learning Love Institute, to support the body and emotions. With these methods, we can release and process emotions, reduce stress, work on trauma and childhood wounds, deepen the breath, and overcome breathing difficulties. This empowers you to live the life you desire.
It would be an honor to welcome you to Zurich & Männedorf.

I completed my yoga teacher training in Andalusia, a 200-hour course in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. I deepen my knowledge through various mindfulness and meditation trainings.
Besides yoga, I'm studying Ayurvedic nutrition. Yoga and Ayurveda are very important to me. Yoga has helped me find balance for body and mind, and I would love to share this experience with you.

CHRISTINA KRONSTEINER
Breathwork Teacher
Aroma Touch Massage with essential oils
Emotion and life coach

I would describe myself as having diverse interests, which is why I've tried many things in the past and pursued various wonderful training programs. Breathwork fascinated me from the very beginning and has given me a wonderful experience and inner healing every single time. After each session, I'm overcome by a feeling of lightness and inner peace. Through this breathing technique, we connect with our subconscious.
I am truly delighted to create a wonderful space at Arayna Studio and to share the "Conscious Connect Breathing" technique, whether in group or individual sessions. Breathwork has been practiced in many ancient cultures.
In addition to breathwork, I offer AromaTouch massage at Studio Aranya. This massage technique is designed for pure relaxation. The selected essential oils create an inner connection with the body. Using tuning forks, I create a space of relaxation where you can let go of the hustle and bustle and stress of everyday life.
I look forward to seeing you.
Feel free to contact me to schedule an appointment.

JOSEFINE SCHWEIKERT
yoga teacher
Yoga has been a part of my life since my youth, becoming a transformative path of encounter and connection with myself and others. Shaped by my own practice in studios and retreats both at home and abroad, I developed a desire to share this experiential space. The connection between movement, breath, and sound fascinates me, as does the magic of Hindu mythology, making yoga a holistic path for body, mind, and soul. The magic of breath led me to training in breathwork and pranayama.
Today I guide people through Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, as well as breathwork and sound journeys. As a sports educator, teacher, and systemic coach, I create spaces where people can immerse themselves in stillness and authentically connect with themselves through breath, sound, and movement. I look forward to seeing you on the mat soon and letting the magic of yoga speak to you together.

ALICE BELLOT
yoga teacher
My journey into the world of yoga began in a faraway country on the other side of the world.
In Costa Rica, I attended my first yoga class, accompanied by the soothing sound of the ocean and the cheerful chirping of birds. I left the class drenched in sweat, unaware of the transformative journey I had just embarked upon.
This moment marked a significant turning point in my life. During my two-year stay in Costa Rica, yoga asana practice became my daily companion. Through regular practice, I rediscovered my body in a playful yet profound way.

Fascinated by the potential of our breath and the connection between body and mind, health, mindfulness, and self-care are central to my work. I work integratively and often incorporate breathing and body exercises. I enjoy using space and colorful pens on large sheets of paper.

TABEA BUEHLER
Trainer HIIT, boot camp, Pilates
Sport has been a constant companion throughout my life and has always been a great passion. For me, movement has always been more than just training – it's an expression of energy, balance, and joy. A few years ago, I began sharing this passion, teaching boot camps and HIIT workouts at various studios. At the same time, I completed Pilates and group instructor training at SAFS, which form the professional foundation of my current work and allow me to design safe, well-founded, and varied training sessions.
Over time, the desire grew to develop our own format. This led to the creation of Sculpt HIIT at @sculptstudio.ch. The workout combines strength, endurance, and music into a holistic experience. Moving to the beat means that every movement is consciously synchronized with the music.

LAURA FRIESEN
Yoga teacher, physiotherapist
My yoga class is an invitation to encounter yourself – in your strength, in your breath, in your inner peace and balance. It can be a moment of slowing down, a pause in our often fast-paced everyday lives.
I value a structured approach, creative, flowing sequences, and sufficient time to consciously and precisely deepen individual asanas.
A guiding principle that informs my teaching is Ahimsa, the principle of non-violence. It means treating oneself with kindness. In practice, this means respecting one's own boundaries, cultivating mindful inner dialogue, and being benevolent in thought and action towards others.
This creates a space where you can practice with clarity, ease, and with yourself in focus.

JASMIN PARIYAR
Yoga teacher, social worker
Welcome to the sound of your heart, a space and time to listen to yourself and arrive at your true self.
I'm Jasmin, a Hatha-Kundalini yoga teacher, social worker, and mother with training in prenatal and postnatal yoga, Yin yoga, and sound meditations.
My classes offer a holistic yogic approach, including mantra chanting, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, Hatha, Kundalini, and Restorative Yoga.
Each hour I accompany with singing bowls, instruments & the placement of tuning forks on individual marma points.
This way, the sound becomes not only audible but also tangible, which has a relaxing effect on your autonomic nervous system.

Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, is considered by the Hatha Yoga Pradipika to be one of the most effective methods for calming a restless, monkey mind. At its core, it's not about listening to beautiful music, but about turning your hearing inward. With much practice, we learn to perceive Anahata Nada – the inner sound of our own mind, our soul.
For me, yoga means arriving at my true self. I would be delighted to meet you and share yoga with you.
