INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS WITH JANA
During individual appointments, we can address your concerns on a personalised basis. We offer a wide range of services:
Would you like to address certain complaints, mobility restrictions or pain? Or would you like to feel strong, healthy and flexible (again)? Delve into mental, emotional and spiritual topics?
Then Jana is the right person for you. Her expertise in bodywork ranges from an MSc in Movement Sciences and Sport (ETH Zurich) to a diploma in yoga teaching. Her massages (classic, foot reflexology, cupping, scar treatment) and sound treatments can help you relax your body and mind. Mental work can help you with stress and exhaustion. Whatever your concern, together you will find out where the path leads.


GROUP COURSES
Movement is half the battle! Our bodies need to move to stay healthy and energetic – there's no way around it ;) To make this as enjoyable as possible, we have motivated yoga teachers who teach different styles. Some classes are more calm and slow, others are a little more vigorous and dynamic. This jungle of yoga styles can sometimes be quite confusing. If you are unsure which class is right for you, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to advise you!
Pilates and functional training as well as meditation and yoga by the lake are also available.
Some courses are recognised by health insurance companies, so please ask the course instructor for more information.


ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Working with people is my great passion, and the diversity of the work fascinates me every day anew. As a nature lover, I have always discovered new and interesting activities in my free time, such as climbing, mountaineering, ski touring and biking. In doing so, I realised that the body alone is not enough to be healthy and content. Rather, it is part of a whole. Yoga revealed a way to learn and grow physically, mentally and spiritually.
