ARANYA STUDIO

ARANYA (आरण्य ) is a word from the ancient Indian language Sanskrit. Aranya means forest and wilderness, or belonging to the forest.
The forest symbolises the whole world. The trees that form the forest are interconnected and in contact with each other. A communal entity that creates a basis for life for other beings, who in turn care for, nourish and regulate the forest. A networked order in which everyone has their place. It is the same with the world; everything is connected. Nothing can exist alone. Aranya stands for connectedness with nature, with our inner core and with the environment.
This fundamental idea accompanies us at ARANYA Studio.
Through scientifically based training, we work on our balance, strength, coordination and endurance. With our experience in medical training therapy, we can specifically address and change health issues. Yoga, meditation and pranayama help us to achieve more energy, serenity and inner peace. Pilates supports the stability of the body, which is particularly beneficial for back problems. Massages help us to relax and regenerate. Kinesiology, nutritional counselling and Shaba Sugaring can help us feel more comfortable in our own bodies.
We consciously take time to promote mental and physical health. Because when we feel good, we have more energy for everyone and everything around us. We can give more and receive more. Ultimately, we and those around us feel better and life gains in quality. ‘What goes around comes around.’
