FLOW & GLOW – Yoga and Gua Sha Workshop Zurich. We start our Sunday with an inviting yoga session to gently invigorate our bodies and help us arrive in the moment. This is followed by a Gua Sha workshop by Likami Naturkosmetik. In this workshop, you will learn how to stimulate the facial fascia, release tension and make your skin glow using targeted Gua Sha techniques. A perfect complement to yoga – for natural self-care and a holistic approach to well-aging. A personal Gua Sha stone is included in the workshop so that you can continue to use the techniques at home.
