YOGA AND AYURVEDA RETREAT Arrival: Thursday, 8 October 2026, morning (arrival by 1 p.m., followed by check-in and lunch) Departure: Sunday, 11 October 2026, approx. 11 a.m. Who? Everyone :) The yoga will be gentle and therefore suitable for all We will enjoy four days in the beautifully located Edelweisshütte in Brambrüesch. The hundred-year-old house has been modernly renovated and lovingly furnished, inviting you to linger and relax. The ‘local mountain of Chur’ is easy to reach by public transport or by car. Brief overview of the programme: - Meditation - Yoga - Ayurvedic cooking workshops - Basics of Ayurvedic teaching - Make your own spice blend - Sound baths in combination with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra - Time in nature - Time for yourself and in the community - Soothing massages (separate booking) - Sauna In the morning after meditation, Jana will guide you through a gentle yoga session. The view from the bright yoga room of the mountains and forest surrounding the house adds a magical touch to our sessions. Afterwards, we will enjoy a delicious Ayurvedic meal prepared by Andrea. The new, light-flooded kitchen with its cosy dining room invites us to watch the food being prepared. This kitchen is also where the lectures on Ayurvedic teachings and the cooking workshops take place. Spend the rest of the day enjoying your free time reading, walking, sunbathing, forest bathing, or simply unwinding. Soothing massages can also be booked. In the evening, we will enjoy another healthy delicacy from Andreas' kitchen, perhaps cooked with your help ;). The evening programmes remain a little surprise. Join us for a few relaxing days where you can encounter the wonders of nature and yourself. Choose between the following accommodation options. Mit dieser Buchung stimmst Du Folgendem zu: 1. Versicherung ist Sache der Teilnehmenden. 2. Stornierungsbedingungen: Stornierungskosten bis 6 Monate vor dem Retreat: 50% der Gesamtkosten. Stornierungskosten ab 6 Monaten vor dem Retreat: 100% der Gesamtkosten. Die Kosten entfallen, wenn eine Ersatzperson vorgeschlagen wird und teilnimmt.
