Service Description
The term ‘yoga’ encompasses more than just performing and mastering a series of asanas (physical postures). In gentle yoga, we take the time to train our awareness, work with our breathing and relax, in addition to performing a few asanas. We try to find a balance, on the one hand internally through meditation and awareness exercises, and on the other hand externally through strengthening and balance exercises. Breathing accompanies us throughout the entire lesson. This is an hour just for you and your well-being, so do something good for yourself! Anyone can attend this class, regardless of whether they have physical limitations or not. We can offer you a variation for each asana that is individually tailored to you. Of course, there is always the option to take a break and relax if it becomes too much. No previous experience is necessary. This lesson is also well suited for seniors to gently strengthen the body and increase well-being.
