Service Description

PILATES & YOGA In this class, we combine the valuable strengthening techniques of Pilates with the holistic methods of yoga. We strengthen our deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor through Pilates exercises. Then we move on to a mindful Hatha Yoga practice. The crowning finale in Savasana (final relaxation) leaves us feeling calm, strengthened and alert as we start the day and the approaching weekend.
