Strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles
Service Description
By activating the deep stabilising core muscles, we strengthen our core, pelvic region and entire back. Only when the centre is stable can our body work ergonomically. We learn what a neutral posture means and how to stabilise it in everyday life. The pelvic floor is central to a stable lumbar spine, which is why we practise awareness, activation and relaxation of the pelvic floor in this class. The abdomen, back and hip area are strengthened and kept flexible. Pilates is perfect for preventing back problems and also for those who already have an issue there.
