Service Description
PERSONAL TRAINING. Would you like to work specifically on your goals – physical, mental or both? In my personal training, you can expect 1:1 training tailored entirely to you. We combine what is good for you: elements from yoga, Pilates, functional and strength training, breathing exercises, posture training or meditation. Perhaps you also have questions about your health and would like to examine them from a holistic perspective. With my background in sports and movement therapy, I will not only accompany you during training, but also with health issues, posture questions or stress regulation. Whether you want to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, deepen your breathing or simply reconnect with yourself – we will design your session to suit your needs. Functional training plays an important role in this: with functional, everyday exercises, we promote strength, flexibility, stability and balance – for a healthy, resilient body and a good feeling in everyday life.
