Service Description
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING. Functional training is characterized by its focus on everyday activities and natural body movement. We utilize a few props and our own body weight. After a short warm-up, we'll move through several stations where we'll practice strength and balance exercises, while also challenging our cardiovascular system. The exercises can be adapted to your current health and fitness level, making them suitable for all abilities. The group is intentionally limited to just 6 participants so that the instructor can ensure correct form for everyone. Look forward to an exciting hour in a small group!
